In a contest that had little bearing on Herndon's regular season, the Robinson Rams edged the Hornets 5-4 Saturday (May 15) in the second game of a doubleheader at McCullock Field.
Herndon, which had beaten Chantilly in the first game to clinch third in the Concorde District, finished 5-5 in district play and 11-6 overall.
